At LifeBridge Health Services, we are a nonprofit organization serving as a unified network of care dedicated to restoring health, hope, healing, and stability within our community. As the foundation of a growing system that includes mental health treatment, rehabilitation services, urgent care, and long term care, we are committed to delivering comprehensive, coordinated support for individuals and families facing complex health challenges.

We serve individual and families impacted by mental health challenges, including childhood trauma, sexual abuse, substance use, and other life-altering experiences.
